The origins of KingsWord Ministries International date back to August 1990, when God imparted a vision to Pastor Kay during a profound divine encounter while he was a pharmacy student. The ministry's foundation was laid in April 1993 with the establishment of Victory Christian Fellowship, now recognized as KingsWord Campus Church at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
